Fluttershy doesn't have to put forth any effort at all to look graceful and beautiful. I spend hours in front of the mirror every day making sure every curl in my mane is perfect before I even take a single step outside. But Fluttershy? She's a natural. If she had any sort of ambition for it at all, she'd be an instant star. I count my blessings every day that she's so shy, but even that becomes an asset when somepony is actually paying attention.
